Throughout his illustrious career, Ralph Radtke has become a sought-after hotelier expert for international hotel establishments seeking success and transformation. With over 40 years of international hotel industry experience in more than 15 countries, Ralph Radtke also awarded as “Best Hotelier’’ in the 16th Worldwide Hospitality Awards 2015 organization. Moreover, renowned hotel guide Schlummer Atlas named Ralph Radtke as being one of the “Top 10 German Foreign Hoteliers working abroad” in 2016, a distinction he previously received in 2014 and 2015. The foundations of his successful career were laid during his attendance at the Hotel School D. Speiser at Tegernsee, and Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, from 1970 to 1972. In addition, he is a graduate of the Hotel Management and Food & Beverage Management programmes at Glion, Switzerland, and Florida State University. Ralph Radtke speaks fluent English, French and Dutch in addition to his mother tongue of German. In the last five years, prior to joining Çırağan Palace Kempinski İstanbul, he held the post of Senior Vice President of Sofitel for a total of 15 hotels in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey and Israel. In October 2011, Radtke assumed his current position as the General Manager of Çırağan Palace Kempinski as well as the Regional Director of Kempinski Residences in Turkey.
