Greg Webb


Biography

Greg Webb is the vice chairman of Sabre. He is responsible for identifying and championing new global growth opportunities across the Sabre travel technology portfolio.

Before his appointment to vice chairman, Greg served as the president of Sabre Travel Network where he was responsible for leading the world’s leading global travel marketplace and solutions, In 2015, under Greg’s leadership, the Travel Network team executed the acquisition of Abacus International, the leading travel marketplace in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to becoming president, Greg was the chief marketing officer for Sabre. In this role, he managed travel supplier relationships, the Sabre distribution business in Asia, and the birth of the Sabre Hospitality Solutions business. He also managed supplier relationships for hotel, car rental, cruise lines and tour providers, as well as the Nexion, SynXis, E-site Marketing and TRAMS businesses.

Greg’s prior roles include senior vice president of global product marketing for Sabre where he managed the product and technology portfolio for Travel Network and Sabre Airline Solutions. Before joining the Sabre, Greg was vice president and chief information officer for BellSouth Telecommunications and served as a senior consultant for Andersen Consulting.

Greg holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Louisiana Tech University and a bachelor’s degree in advertising from Southern Methodist University.
