Catharina is a freelance consultant for Tourismuszukunft, one of the leading digital consultant networks in Germany. They support companies, mainly tourism but also other industries, to realize their digital projects, studies, campaigns. Furthermore they train and create digital mindsets and provide guidance and strategy for digital change. Catharina has more than 8 years’ experience in tourism marketing and sales and more than 5 years’ experience in social media marketing on an international level, gained as Head of Social Media at the German National Tourist Board (GNTB). She developed at GNTB the worldwide Social Media Strategy for more than 12 international markets, designed several international Online-and Social Media campaigns with influencers worldwide and has built and planned the Social Media department. Based on that she has an excellent track-record in managing large, international campaigns and a broad knowledge to measure the output. Apart from that she was responsible for the performance of all Social Media accounts including social advertisement, content management and distribution, blogger relations, social analytics and monitoring as well es in-house webinars regarding Social Media Marketing and new developments. In 2014 she launched together with iambassador the Social Travel Summit an event where selected professional bloggers meet the industry and vice versa in order to share knowledge of successful campaigns and how to integrate Blogger Relations into your marketing.
Catharina is constantly working on new approaches for successful social analytics, content marketing and blogger relations as she has to deal with various clients and projects. These topics are also highly demanded and Catharina is providing webinars and workshops on a regular basis. Moreover she is present at various industry events to share her knowledge. Apart from that she is highly active in the crowdfunding industry and always looking for new ideas and young business to support.
